The Beauty Garden is focused on providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment. I have multiple certifications and continued educating myself self following graduating from Hays Hair Academy. I offer hair cuts, colors, braiding, nails, waxing, threading, event hair, and more. We currently have 3 stylists, including myself, and we offer a variety of services. All of our services are NON refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with something, please let me know immediately either at the appointment or by call or text at 785-324-1938. I'll do my best to offer any adjustments. We can offer a future plan with a different product approach if said customer is a new client. In some cases, a 50% discount on the next service will be rewarded. Once single use supplies are used for appointments, they can't be used again, whether it be waxing, cutting, coloring, nails, or lashes. Please understand that this policy is in place to keep my business running smoothly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel your appointment, I ask that you do so 24 hours ahead of time. All cancellations made after the 24-hour period will be charged 50% of the service cost. This means that in order to even make your appointment, you will likely be asked to present a card to be kept on file. This card kept on file will be charged the 50% of the service no later than 14 days after the appointment. If you need to reschedule and fail to do so 24 hours prior to the service, you will be charged a $20 fee before the appointment can be rescheduled. When someone cancels their appointment unexpectedly, it inhibits me from properly allocating that time to another client. Please understand that this policy is put in place to ensure my financial stability and to continue to have ongoing service to all. Thank you
